These eternally glorious and motivating thought of Swamiji echoed throughout the sprawling premises of Amrita Vidyalayam on January 17, 2019. On this day the school witnessed the celebration of Youth Day, in collaboration with AYUDH, to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. The celebration started with the lighting of the lamp by the honourable chief guest Swami Shantananda Ji, Secretary- R.K Mission, Delhi, the revered principal of the school Bri. Samapika Ji and the Vice Principal Mrs. Malini Gujral. It was followed by few cultural items, which included the recitation of the iconic Chicago speech of Swamiji by Siddharth Sharma. The plethora of the cultural events was followed by the inspirational session conducted by the venerable chief guest of the day wherein he motivated the students to pursue a definite goal in their life. He also emphasized on being the awakened citizens of the country and realize our duties and responsibilities. The young learners also took an oath to remain committed to their motherland in every possible way.
