Investiture ceremony of the primary school.

It is probably in school that leaders are born. Students get their lessons in leadership from school where they serve as captains, prefects and more.The investiture ceremony for the recently elected primary school student council was witnessed on 17 May 2018 in a grandceremony held in the school auditorium. It took place in the august presence of the principal Bri. Samapikaji, who alwaysasserts that the members of the students’ council get to learn leadership skill. Speaking on the occasion she said, “If your actions inspire others to dreammore, learn more, do more and become more only then you are a leader.”
An energetic motivational song sung by the school choir, divine invocationdance, yoga formations, band drills were the cultural programmes that set the ambience for theceremony. The principal, primary coordinator and activity coordinator presented sashes and badges to the captains and prefects, and this was followed by the oath taking ceremony.The presence of the parents of the newly elected council membersencouraged them a lot. The students with 100% attendance in the academic year 2017-18 werealso felicitated with medals and certificates.

The programme concluded with the singing of the national anthem. The team members werebrimming with confidence to shoulder the newly assigned duties. It was indeed a proud moment for theentire primary school.
